Jorg Borowski

Schroon Lake; Jorg Borowski 57, passed away Friday January 23, 2013 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, the cause was accidental.
Jorg was born Feb. 10 1957 in Berlin, Germany the son of Heinz and the late Ursula Hollwitz Borowski.
Jorg lived in West Milford, NJ, and later moved to Schroon Lake, NY, and worked at International Paper Mill in Ticonderoga.
Jorg was a member of the Schroon Lake Fish and Game Club, and an active member of the SonRise Luthern Church in Pottersville, NY.
In addition to his father Heinz he is survived by two daughters; Victoria Borowski and Jacky (Brian) Leslie and his grandsons Bryce and Cameron Leslie, his aunt and uncle Gitti and Jurgen Knospe and his significant other Donna Mellan.
A Funeral service will be conducted Saturday January 31, 2015 at 3:30 PM at the Edward L. Kelly Funeral Home 1019 Rt.9 Schroon Lake. The Rev. Ben Bahr Pastor of SonRise Lutheran Church will officiate. Interment will take place in the spring in the Severance Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 3:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest Memorial take the form of donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
