Lucille Mallette Obituary

Schroon Lake; Lucille Mallette 95, passed away Wednesday April 29, 2015 at Heritage Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ticonderoga, NY.
Lucille was born May 23, 1919 in Chestertown, NY the daughter of the late Merwin and Effie Wells Fish.
Lucille was predeceased by her husband Albert Mallette Dec. 28, 1975, her sons James and Raymond Mallette and her brothers Merwin and Maurice Fish.
Lucille had been a resident of Lakeside Manor in Schroon Lake for 20 years, prior to that she had lived 18 years in Hubbardton, Vt. and 28 years in Ansonia Conn. She was employed at Better Packaging in Shelton Conn.
Lucille enjoyed reading, Scrabble and knitting. She was a Communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Schroon Lake.
She is survived by her daughters Agnes (Phil) Lohman of Ormond Beach Fl. and Joyce Begnoche of Ansonia, Conn., 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and many great- great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Schroon Lake. Lucille's cremated remains will be interred in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fair Haven Vt.
Friends may call on the family from 9:30 AM until 10:00 AM at the church.
Lucille requested that memorials take the form of donations to the charity of one's choice.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edward L. Kelly Funeral Home, Schroon Lake, NY.
