Lyanne M. Anslow

Schroon Lake; Lyanne M. "Estes" Anslow; passed away Tuesday June 28, 2016 at the Glens Falls Hospital.
Lyanne was born August 13, 1938 in Plattsburgh, NY the daughter of the late John and Mildred Bombard Estes.
She is also predeceased by her Husband, Donald G. Anslow Sr. her step father Jesus A. Platero, her sister Joyce Leddick and her brother Richard Estes.
Lyanne was employed at James Cheney Originals for several years and she sold Avon products for many years.
She enjoyed camping, knitting, and in her younger days, Drag racing, and spending time with her granddaughters. She was a Charter Member of the Schroon Lake Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxillary, a member of the Schroon Lake Senior Citizens Inc. and the Schroon Lake Fish and Game Club.
She is survived by her son Donald G. Anslow Jr. and his wife Cindy, her granddaughters, Cassie (Trevor) Britt, Crysten and Chelsie Anslow of Schroon Lake, and her nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning July 1, 2016 at 11:00 Am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Schroon Lake, N.Y., interment will follow at the North Hudson Catholic Cemetery.
