Phyllis Chace Obituary
Half Moon, NY, Phyllis A.(Kelso) Chace passed away March 19, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital, Troy, NY. She was born March 19,1944 in Ogdensburg, NY the daughter of the Charles E. and Mary Kathleen Perry Kelso.
She was predeceased by son Randy P. Chace along with several brothers and sisters. She worked for Moriaty's Fence Company of Portsmouth, RI for five years and retired in 2009. She belonged to North Tiverton Baptist Church of Tiverton, RI.
She is survived by her children, Grant E. Chace, Tracy DeVeer, and Michael C. Chase, and five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11am March 28, 2015 at the Edward L. Kelly Funeral Home, 1019 Rt. 9 Schroon Lake, NY. Burial will be in the Newcomb Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 10 am to the time of the service.
