Newcomb - Cecile I. Levesque passed away March 25, 2016 at Glens Falls Hospital. She had been a resident at Adirondack Tri-County Nursing Home for about two months prior to being a patient at Glens Falls Hospital. Cecile was born in Fort Kent, Maine on October 27, 1930. She had lived in Newcomb since 1956 with husband Lawrence.

Cecile was the daughter of Joseph and Chantal (Bouchard) Gregoire. Cecile worked many years as a waitress and ten years at Newcomb Central School prior to her retirement. Cecile loved to fish and hunt with her husband Lawrence. She also loved to cook and bake for family and friends.

Mrs. Levesque was predeceased by her parents, two brothers and three sisters. Cecile was the youngest of her siblings.

Survivors include her husband, Lawrence of Newcomb and her son Robert of Newcomb and her daughter, Judy (Glenn) Koster of Arizona. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Bobbi Jo and Travis Levesque and Joshua and Joseph Koster.

At the family's request there will be no calling hours.
Burial will be at a later date to be announced.
