Gerald Y Goulet

Westport, NY; Gerald Goulet passed away peacefully at his home in Westport, NY on November 20, 2023. Gerald was born in Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, Canada, and grew up in Newcomb, NY. He was a graduate of Newcomb Central School, SUNY Potsdam, and SUNY Plattsburgh. He was a school educator most of his life and taught Drivers Education. He held many certifications that helped support his love of teaching and learning. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Lions Club.  

Gerald was preceded in death by his father Leandre Goulet. Gerald is survived by his Loving mother Mariette Goulet, his sister Linda Amado, husband Mitchell, and their two children of New York, his sister Mona McAuliffe, husband Robert, and their two children of Ohio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St Therese Catholic Church in Newcomb, NY. Interment will follow in St Therese Cemetery Newcomb.

Family and friends visit the family from 10:00 AM until the mass on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Newcomb.
