Harry E Brundage

Schroon Lake: Harry E. Brundage passed away suddenly on April 14, 2024. He was born December 5, 1948, in Newburgh, NY, the son of the late Harry B. and Bea (Powell) Brundage. He was predeceased by his sister, Gail Cleeves. His wife of 55 years, Lois E. Brundage passed away with him.

Harry graduated from Newburgh Free Academy and was married to Lois E. Barnett on January 19, 1969. He served four years in the US Air Force and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. He was a member and Commander of VFW Post 964, Chestertown, NY. He was a huge NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He attended Orange County Community College and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He was employed as a computer programmer at IBM Fishkill, NY for many years.

He is survived by his daughter Susan Brundage, his son Michael (Lindsey) Brundage, three grandsons, Aidan, Coltan, and Nathan, His grand-daughter Cherokee Steves, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Edward L. Kelly Funeral Home, 1019 US rt. 9, Schroon Lake, NY. Interment with Military Honors will be held at the G.B.H.S. Saratoga National Cemetery at a later date.

Friends may call at the funeral home on on May 4, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m.
