Obituary

Schroon Lake; John Peter D’Andrade, 64 passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021, from complications at CVPH in Plattsburgh, NY. John was born June 29, 1957, in Port Jefferson, Long Island NY, the son of the late John F. (Red) and the late Eda Jensen D’Andrade.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Vanessa A. D’Andrade and his brother Wayne C. D’Andrade.

John was a former employee of Neptune Worldwide Moving in Brookfield CT.

John loved to go fishing, hunting, watch football, and car racing, and his favorite thing to do was scratch-off tickets.

John is survived by his sister Jennifer S. D’Andrade, his sister-in-law Christine A. D’Andrade, his nieces Chantel Korapaktin of Charleston SC. and Jenessa D’Andrade of Pottersville, his nephew Brooks McCoy of Liberty Mo. and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of John's life Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Edward L. Kelly Funeral Home 1019 US Rt. 9 Schroon Lake, NY.

The family suggests Memorials take the form of donations to the charity of one’s choice.
