North Hudson: We are heartbroken to announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our son, Peter Joseph Talarico. He was born on December 11, 1988, during a snowstorm in Danbury, Ct. He passed away in the early morning hours of October 23, 2024. He grew up in Danbury until the family moved to Schroon Lake, NY. Attending Schroon Lake Central School until he graduated in 2006. He followed his parents to Florida, where he attended the Art Institute in Tampa, following his great love of cooking, working for Raymond James Stadium and the Rays Baseball Stadium. An experience that he was so proud of. After returning to NY, he settled into a much quieter pace but kept busy at various restaurants. He finally found his spot at The Old Miners Tavern in Moriah, NY.
He leaves behind his parents, Nona and Anthony Talarico of North Hudson, NY., his brother Anthony and his wife Jan, his nieces Aradia and Aurora, all from North Hudson, and his girlfriend of many years, Amber Tausinger. Pete will be greatly missed by his fury sidekick Frankenstein, some uncles, aunts, and many cousins around the East Coast.
There will be no calling hours. Burial will be a private moment for his family at the Schroon River Cemetery in North Hudson, NY.
